WHO WE ARE ?

The Cao Dai Overseas Missionary was in existence since 1973, implementing Divine Decree No. 65 signed by H.E. Hiến Pháp Trương Hữu Đức, from the Hiệp Thiên Đài or Legislative Body. The Decree has also appointed H.E Bảo Đạo Hồ Tấn Khoa as the Head of the Missionary. Nevertheless, from 1973 until 1998, the Missionary was lay dormant and inactive, the main reason was due to the political situation in Viet Nam. In September 1998, the Third Annual Cao Dai Conference held in Montreal, Canada, with 15 delegations from around the world, resuscitated this organization, with two main objectives :

1. Propagate the Cao Dai religion overseas.

2. Assist our brethren in Viet Nam to gain religious freedom and to reestablish our Sacerdoce according to our TÂN LUẬT (New Canonical Codes) and PHÁP CHÁNH TRUYỀN (Religious Constitution), which were created by GOD Himself through spiritist messages.
